Tour Policies

Payment Policy
You will receive and email confirmation from Go Get it Gal after making your full payment. The payment reserves your spot on the tour. Your payment is non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy 

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending the tour. “You” refers to the guest booking the tour. “We” refers to Go Get it Gal Enterprises, LLC. It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation. You may want to consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. 

Travel Cancellation and Accident Insurance
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent.  Some policies also cover accidents while engaging in sporting activities.

Guest Cancellation Policy
We will not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest or give you credit for another tour within one year. 

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. Go Get it Gal Enterprises will not credit you for arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement and liability waiver form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to the tour, whichever comes first. 

Go Get it Gal Tour Cancellation Policy
While we have never cancelled a tour, if Go Get it Gal must cancel or change a scheduled tour date for any reason, you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement.

Go Get it Gal Enterprises is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled tour, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
